The platform of the EdQ Support of Talents allows an exchange of experience and gives insight into the support of talents, respectively the support of the talented in the partner regions, not without defining the term `talent´ in the particular region first. Concerning the exchange, the school system in general and individual facilities, like schools for highly gifted students or schools with an emphasis on talent-support, are in the centre of interest. Specific curricula and organisation forms for talented students like `running classes´ and segregative and/or integrative models are made a subject matter also. It needs to be analyzed how talents are identified best, for example, in the way of tests and nominations. Further subject areas are the early support in the teacher training and the support through the system, for example, via scholarships and the supply of equipment in schools with a special emphasis. A spectrum of information about parental work and public relation rounds up the contents of the EdQ platform.
